I enjoy working with people who may not be as technically experienced, helping them simplify and streamline tedious tasks through easy-to-use workflows. I approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset and take pride in learning unfamiliar systems by breaking processes down step by step, understanding how they work, and identifying better ways to achieve the same results. I am based in the Chicagoland area, serving clients downtown Chicago and in the northern and western suburbs, and am available for both onsite and remote engagements.
